Part Layout Report: |

Basically , a listing of parts in sequence of assembly that should be followed. Only one report per drawing is generated and is sent along with the first shipment covering the drawing |

Bill of Material Report: |

It shows a list of total quantity of each unique section. |

Transverse Connectors Summary Report: |
| |
It shows type of connectors (cleat joint) and qty. Typically 5% more cleats (C-SS joint) are supplied than the actual requirement to facilitate damaged/missing parts at site and for suit to site pieces. Additional quantities can also be supplied at additional cost. |

Area Summary Report: |

It shows area (sq.ft.) for each and every duct part, sub-total and grand total (billable qty.). |

Material Reconciliation Report: |

Where the customer supplies raw material, a material reconciliation report is generated every month. Your representative can undertake a physical inspection of balance of raw material at the factory any time you wish with prior arrangements with factory. |
