Send your written work order or even LOI (giving approximate quantities) at the earliest to the factory. This will facilitate the procurement of raw material availability and an assurance that your job is handled without delay when the final drawings are sent to the factory for fabrication.

As only GI, Aluminum or SS coil stock is used at Rolastar, the longest lead-time normally is for obtaining the raw material from the mills. For on-going projects and for our regular customers, this lead-time can be a s short as 2-3 days. For new accounts and the first shipment on large projects, this may take 2-3 weeks or longer.
It is not advisable to wait till your duct designs are frozen. Before addressing this, contact Rolastar factory at the very earliest who will assist in the pre-planning process and ordering raw material.

While fabrication rate for duct profiles at Rolastar is high, typically 15000-20000 sq.ft. per day, the lead- time required for angle iron frame is somewhat longer, typically 1000 kgs/day (equivalent to a coverage of 250-300 m2 of ducting). Due allowance should be made for this, if frames are also required to be shipped along with the duct profiles. |
